1. The payment of the experience will not be refundable, unless the cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to the date of the experience. The cancellation will be made by calling Local Guest or in the reservation area of the website.

  2. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours, there will be no refund of money; however, you may change the date of the experience, subject to availability of days.

  3. If you do not show up or if you are late for the experience, there will be no refund or change of reservation.

  4. Events will be performed regardless of weather conditions. In the rare event that Local Guest is forced to cancel an experience due to extreme climatic conditions, participants can reschedule their experience according to the availability of each host.

  5. If a host cancels their experience 24 hours before the date of the experience we will give a refund or change the date of reservation.

  6. If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Local Guest 24 hours before the date of the experience.

  7. Local Guest will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
