DESCRIPTION

Let’s take a bit of a road trip to Loíza! Just 20 min away of San Juan you will feel outside of the metropolitan area gibberish. Discover our African roots and cultural heritage in an immersive experience full of history, learning, and fun.

Later, you will enjoy the artistic creations of the renowned artist from Loíza, Samuel Lind, who will invite you into his home (which is also his art studio). His work is inspired by the African and tropical culture of Loíza, always highlighting a great connection with nature. Besides, you will get to know in great detail the stories, characters, and myths of the people of Loíza that have inspired this great artist. Finish the day with local delicacies through our traditional cuisine and an energized Bomba lesson (our traditional dance).

*All experiences are subject to tour operator availability and minimum number of participants.
