DESCRIPTION

Want to experience Comerío like a true local? Then this is just right for you. Travel to Comerío, smacked in the center of the Island, and enjoy the beauties this town has to offer. Begin by kayaking in Rio La Plata, Puerto Rico’s largest. After you’ve worked up an appetite with all that rowing, eat a local lunch from the Fogón of Adicto a la Tierra farm. To close the day get lost in the charming beauty of the only sunflower fields in the central part of the Island. The group may have the opportunity to also visit a nearby river to relax and meditate.

Juan was an amazing host. Super nice and educated. Entetaining and funny. A total conoceur and true local of the area. This an unbeatable experience. The location is great. Nothing can beat the views of the mountain while you kayak. The comerío dam is near this area and it is also a beautiful view. The water in the river is still so it is very easy to paddle. A total local experience, the furthest thing from a tourist trap. After the experience you can still enjoy the small town of Comerío and the next town Naranjito. Not far from San Juan this experience was totally worth it. If you want to live Puerto Rico this is the kind of experience you should go for. Totally recommended.
